I'm excited to tell you about an exciting free art event that I am participating in this June along with more than 200 other artists.

The New East Bay Open Studios Event begins on Friday, June 2 at the festive Opening Celebration/Preview Exhibition and After-Party at the beautiful, historical 16th Street Train Station in Oakland. I will be showing my artwork in the Preview Exhibition at the Opening Celebration along with 100 other artists at the train station. After the Preview portion of the evening, there will be an After-Party with a cash bar, food options and inspiring live performances sponsored by Salle des Artistes. The Opening Celebration portion of the event is by invitation only, so I would like to invite you to come and be our guest. You won't want to miss this! The Opening Celebration is then followed by two inspiring weekends (June 10/11 and 17/18) of self-guided tours of artist studios and exhibitions throughout 15 different cities in the East Bay. This is a great opportunity for you and other art lovers to come out and meet the artists in person, ask questions, view their art and make purchases directly from the artists themselves and in some cases watch live demonstrations and enjoy refreshments. I will be showing work at the Bothwell Arts Center during Weekend 1 which is Saturday and Sunday, June 10th and 11th from 11 am - 6 pm. I am number 205 in the artist directories and on the maps.
